General Information Academic Calendar.

  • Disabilities – Students in need of physical or learning accomodations should contact Dr. Rita Neu at RANeu@gcc.edu. Students in need of dietary accommodations should contact Mrs. Diana King at studentlife@gcc.edu.  Documentation from a licensed medical provider or certified counselor in the field of your disability must be on file in our office before accommodations will be granted.

  • Financial Aid Reminder – Deadline for applying for financial aid is April 15.  The application is available online

Important Dates
 
  • New Student Summer Preview - The Summer Preview program is designed to help students and their parents prepare for the transition to college. Please save the date.  We would love for you to join us!  Additional information and details will be mailed mid-May. 

    To register for Summer Preview visit https://my.gcc.edu and log in using your six-digit college ID and password (i​​ncluded with your acceptance letter).  Click on the New Students tab and then click on "Summer Preview" to maximize the portlet.

  • Roommate Finder Housing Survey available after June 1.  You will need your user id and password (found in your original acceptance letter from Admissions) to access Roommate Finder on myGCC.  Students are encouraged to use this program to identify and choose classmates with whom they would like to live.  The deadline for completing this survey is July 1.

  • Course Registration for fall 2013. The Registrar’s Office will mail a packet of course scheduling materials to all students.  This packet will contain course information and resources specific to each major, as well as guidelines for taking general education courses and elective classes.  Most students will then participate in an online survey (certain majors will not since their schedules are already pre-determined) that will allow each student to reply with course preferences for fall.  The Registrar’s Office will use the results of the survey to build a full-time schedule for each student. More information will be provided by the Registrar’s Office.

  • Housing Assignment Notification begins after July 16 via your Grove City College email account.  No housing assignments will be given over the phone.  The Director of Residence Life will begin reviewing the results of all housing surveys after July 4 in order to assign roommates for the upcoming academic year.  We do our best to match students based on the housing survey results and it can be a lengthy process.  

  • Medical ​Forms have now been updated and are available herePlease mail forms to: Amy Pagano MSN RN, Zerbe Health and Wellness Center, 100 Campus Drive, Grove City College, Grove City, PA 16127.  The Zerbe Health Center is closed during the months of June and July.  Please email questions regarding these health forms and/or other health issues to aepagano@gcc.edu.

  • Freshmen & New Students Arrival.  Further information and details regarding arrival and Welcome Week is mailed to students in late July. 

  • New Student Academic Guides. These guides help students know what their four year major requirements are. Additional information includes surveys and freshmen course offerings

Health Services

​Grove City College is committed to its students’ overall health and wellness. The Zerbe Health and Wellness Center is home to friendly and qualified health professionals who have chosen to work specifically with college students. ​​

​All students admitted to Grove City College enjoy full access to its programs and services. ​​

 

Dining

​The student meal plan at Grove City College consists of three meals a day, seven days a week​.​

 

Residence Life

​Over 93 percent of our students live on campus where they become a part of a friendly, close-knit living and learning community.​​

 

Ministry Groups

​Students are encouraged to get involved in these groups to learn from one another, make a positive impact on the world and to embark on their spiritual journeys together.​​

 

Campus Organizations

​There are over 130 student clubs and organizations. Special interest groups, faith-based and service organizations, honorary groups, fraternities and sororities are all led by students and supported by faculty and staff advisors.​
