Grove City College partners with National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide online ordering of transcripts. Please note the following:
Log in to myGCC, select the Academics tab, look for the Student Self Service portlet, and click on the National Student Clearinghouse Services link.
Individuals who do not have a myGCC account must place orders directly through NSC via this link: Grove City College Transcript Orders at NSC. Follow all prompts. Please note that you will also be asked to electronically sign a Consent to Release Information Form before your order is completed.
Transcript request orders may be submitted in person to the Office of the Registrar on the ground floor of Crawford Hall.
Transcripts may also be requested via mail, but first require a Transcript Request Form. Contact the Office of the Registrar at email@example.com or 724-458-2172 for the form.
Please note: We highly recommend using National Student Clearinghouse for online transcript ordering. The cost is almost the same, there are more payment and delivery options, and your order is processed much faster.
Online Transcript Requests
Online orders are $7 for one transcript to one email address (includes $1.75 electronic fee from NSC). Transcripts must be ordered through NSC and are delivered as electronic PDFs.
Please note: For online transcript orders, your credit or debit card will not be charged until NSC is notified by the Office of the Registrar that the transcript(s) has been sent. However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when your payment is pre-authorized by NSC.
Online orders through NSC are automatically canceled if any one of the following conditions applies:
Alternate Transcript Requests
U.S. mail, hold for pick-up, and fax orders are $3 per transcript plus $2.25 service fee per delivery address for a total of $5.25. Make checks and money orders payable to Grove City College. Current students may pay using their Crimson Cash Card. Credit cards and cash are not accepted at the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts are delivered via first class mail unless otherwise specified.
Note: All transcript orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Transcript orders are not processed on the weekend. Priority handling is given to online orders. Any indebtedness to the College must be paid before a transcript will be issued, except with special permission from the Financial Services Office.
