Extra-curricular activities are an essential part of the English
department at Grove City College. Our students enhance their education
through participation in a variety of related activities including: a highly
acclaimed theatre program, that features two main-stage productions and
numerous student productions every academic year, the Lambda Iota Tau
literary honorary which sponsors poetry readings and other literary events and
the Tau Alpha Pi theatre honor society, which coordinates a student
directed one-act play festival each semester. Students also have the
opportunity to write for the campus weekly newspaper, The Collegian, the annual literary magazine, The Echo, the quarterly
intellectual journal, The Quad, or
the college yearbook, The Bridge.
