The Department of Business welcomes students pursuing a major in another field to complete one of the Department's minor programs. Students can minor in analytics, business and legal studies.
The Department of Business at Grove City College helps connect students with alumni and employers in the fields that best complement their classroom learning experience and specialized interests. Students can earn credit for internships and are strongly encouraged to intern prior to graduation.
Each year, talented students from around the world bring their intellect, work ethic and enthusiasm to Grove City College and make the most of all the Department of Business and the campus have to offer.
There are also a number of interdepartmental majors offered by other departments in conjunction with the Department of Business.
Students gain a basic understanding of law and how it influences social and economic institutions.
The Bachelor of Science degree in finance is a 64 credit hour program that combines 43 credit hours of business core requirements, 12 credit hours of finance coursework and 9 credit hours of interdisciplinary study in addition to the College core curriculum.
After completing both major and core requirements, students are able to articulate and critique a variety of economic viewpoints and are equipped for careers in a wide range of fields.
