The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Grove City College offers students multiple opportunities to conduct meaningful, relevant research alongside experienced, published faculty.
The Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College prepares students for graduate work and employment in engineering research, design, manufacturing, production, sales and management.

During his or her senior year, every mechanical engineering student takes part in a Capstone Design Project. Students work in groups to design and construct a useful and marketable device.
The requierements for the Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering are met over a 4-year curriculum that starts with an exposure to the fundamentals of science and engineering and culminates in our senior capstone design experience.
Approximately 40% of each graduating class in mechanical engineering at Grove City College completes the fall semester of their junior year at our 24-bed remote campus in Nantes, France.
