Why did you choose to study abroad?
I chose to study abroad because my friends and family really encouraged me go for it! I was hesitant to miss a semester here at Grove City, but people in my life (especially my sister who had studied abroad twice) kept telling me that I should take this opportunity. Looking back now, I am beyond thankful for the encouragement I received.

Why did you choose to study abroad?
I wanted to learn Spanish, and I wanted to be in Europe so I could travel, so I choose Spain. I picked Sevilla after talking to people who had studied there before and hearing great things about the city.

Share one unique experience that happened while you were abroad.
I went to many amazing cities while in Europe, but one of my favorite experiences was a town called Ronda. I wasn’t expecting much out of this small town in in Southern Spain, but it blew me away with its beautiful cliffs and valleys. It reminded me that God is the greatest architect of all.

How has it changed you?
Study abroad changed me in a couple of ways. It gave me a greater appreciation for the world, but it also gave me a greater appreciation for the USA. It also reminded me that God is truly amazing. The same God that we worship here in the States is doing incredible things through believers all over the world.
