On-Campus Recruiting Program

On-Campus Recruiting (Interviewing) Program

On-Campus Recruiting is open to current students only.  It is a service we are happy to offer our students as a convenience to them and one we hope they will respect and deem as a privilege.  Students who participate must view our Procedures and Policies video or written guide before participating which reviews our cancellation and no-show policy, in addition to other important items.

Interviews are held in the Career Services Office throughout the fall and spring semesters.  Students should arrive in professional attire 15-minutes prior to their interview and check in with the CSO Office Manager.

Search for Interview Schedules on JobGrove:
• Once logged into JobGrove, click on the Job Search tab at the top, select Advanced Search, and click on the box next to Search Interviews Only.
• Click the Search button to generate the complete list of jobs with interview schedules “attached.”
• Click on the View Interview Schedule button to see details about the interview, including the date, as well as Schedule Type (Preselect or Open).
• Click the Job ID or Job Title to view the position details. After reviewing the description, click on the View Linked Interview Schedule to view schedule details and to see if you qualify.  *Note: there may be a linked event attached to the job, as well, which is typically an information session offered by the employer in conjunction with the interview schedule.

Preselect Interviews: To participate in a Preselect Interview, you must meet the employer’s criteria for the position. If you qualify and would like to interview, you can apply through JobGrove.

Open: To participate in an Open Interview, you do not need to wait for the recruiter to select you. If you meet the requirements, you can immediately sign up for an on-campus interview timeslot.

With both types of interviews, you must first upload your resume in order to apply for an interview schedule.

For further instructions on how to apply through the system and sign-up for an interview time slot, again, please review our Procedures and Policies video or written guide.
