​Grove City College provides a solid foundation to students wishing to educate the young men and women of tomorrow. Students majoring in chemistry and general science secondary education leading to 7-12 certification take courses specific to the major along with the required liberal arts and education core.

In addition to completing 111 credit hours of major coursework, students are exposed to real-life teaching situations during field experiences and student teaching.
