Department of Mechanical Engineering ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Grove City College prepares students to excel in careers in engineering research, design, manufacturing, production, sales and management, as well as top graduate and professional programs. The Department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Students receive specialized instruction in materials science, thermodynamics, solid and fluid mechanics, heat transfer, manufacturing processes, control theory, vibration analysis and project management from faculty members fully focused on undergraduate education.

Through hands on projects and coursework, students learn to define and solve engineering problems while using first-rate facilities and equipment.​
