AHN Talent Attraction Program

The partnership between Grove City College’s Johnson School of Nursing and Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is designed to aid students in securing an affordable education and a promising career path. With numerous AHN facilities throughout Pennsylvania, students have a variety of options for employment following graduation. 

Through AHN’s Talent Attraction Program, eligible students in Grove City College’s Johnson School of Nursing who commit to working for two years at an AHN facility following graduation can receive scholarships of up to $10,000 each year during their final two years of study. Students will also be eligible to receive sign-on bonuses from AHN as they commit to full-time employment after graduation. 

Criteria

•  Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher while in their final two years of schooling to receive the scholarships. 
•  Students must commit to working part-time or casually at an AHN facility during their final two years of school and commit to working two years at an AHN facility following graduation for eligibility.
•  Any student who either transfers out of GCC’s nursing program or cannot complete their two-year post-graduate commitment to AHN will be required to return the scholarship money and subsequent bonuses.
