The Grove City College Office of Admissions is committed to providing access to our campus for groups interested in learning more about the College. Our campus visitation program for students, grades 9-12, includes a Chapel
visit, an Admissions presentation, walking campus tour, and lunch
in one of our on campus dining halls. An average group visit takes approximately four hours, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Group visits are organized with the prospective college student in mind, and are not intended for general school field trip purposes.
Due to the large number of visitors we already receive, as well as a full recruitment calendar, our office is only able to accommodate group visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays from August-May and weekdays in the summer. Also, please note that certain times during the year would not be suitable for a group to visit, i.e. campus breaks, midterms, final examinations, etc. We would recommend checking our Academic Calendar
prior to your visit.
To schedule your group visit, please fill out our Group Visit Request Form
. After a completed form is submitted, a staff member from the Office of Admissions will confirm your visit with a formal visitation confirmation and agreement. No visit request is confirmed until the visitation agreement is signed by the group contact and returned to the Office of Admissions.

Visiting groups must have at least one adult chaperone per 15 students. The adult chaperones are responsible for the group visitors and possessions while on campus. It is the expectation of the Admissions Office that visiting students conduct themselves respectfully while on campus; we reserve the right to end a campus visit early should disruptive behavior occur.
