Title: Director of Treasury Operations

Description: Grove City College is seeking a detail oriented and highly responsible professional to oversee the institution’s treasury and investment functions. This position is responsible for monitoring and forecasting cash needs, administering online banking activities, processing domestic and international wire transfers, managing fraud prevention tools, and reconciling all daily banking activity. The role also includes recording and reconciling investment activity for operating, planned giving, and endowment accounts; preparing annual investment summaries; allocating investment activity in accordance with FAS 124; and maintaining records related to charitable trusts and gift annuities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling charitable gifts, preparing monthly journal entries, supporting the annual financial statement audit, preparing IRS Forms 990 and 990 T, and compiling financial data for surveys such as IPEDS, Middle States, and U.S. News. The position also assists with budget variance analysis and manages the configuration of the College’s Jenzabar administrative software.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is required, along with at least five years of progressive experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality are essential. This role requires patience, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, along with the ability to work effectively in a traditional office environment and collaborate across campus. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
