Grove City College students taking the Special Events and Promotions course and other film courses collaborate to create the magic of the Lux Mea Film Festival each year. Widely attended by alumni, members of the community, and film industry executives, the event is a great outreach opportunity for the College and provides students hands-on experience and the chance to be awarded for their creativity. Grove City College students have made their mark in the film industry – some even earning Oscar and Emmy nominations – because of the education they received as undergraduates.
