Whatever your dream, a communication degree or design & innovation degree from Grove City College can help you achieve it. Here, you will realize your full creative potential through collaborative, hands-on study. As you learn how to harness the redemptive power of story, you will become a compelling communicator or innovative designer who can winsomely share messages that matter. Our program gives you a broad foundation in communication or design & innovation with freedom to develop your unique passions. Through specialized concentrations, as well as courses in public speaking, media writing, research methods, intercultural communication, studio art, design, entrepreneurship, and marketing, you’ll gain the multifaceted skill set needed to thrive in your career. With space to double major and minor, you can bolster your professional goals and open new doors. As you collaborate in the studio and network with creative professionals through projects and internships, you will be guided to find your voice as your story unfolds.

We offer an abundance of specialized internship opportunities around the country and overseas — from digital media and broadcasting to graphic design, journalism, business, human services, photography, ministry, and politics. Our students have interned with Focus on the Family, Coca-Cola, Compassion International, TLC Quality Living, and the U.S. Embassy in Paris. Faculty will also collaborate with you on independent research projects and help you find outside opportunities to conduct research with companies like IBM, Carnegie Museum of Art, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
