Inclusion in the guide is based on a variety of student-centered metrics, including cost, value, academics, and quality of life. In addition to earning Best College status, Grove City College is a Best Value college and one of the Best Colleges in the Mid-Atlantic Region, according to The Princeton Review. “The Best 391 Colleges” features rankings based on the results of more than 170,000 student surveys from the colleges and universities profiled. Grove City College is ranked the number one school for Most Religious Students in those rankings, reflecting the College’s Christian mission and emphasis on faith formation. These accolades affirm that we are who we hope to be: Christian, conservative, friendly, supportive, and a great value.” The Princeton Review relies on empirical data and student survey responses to choose the schools that are profiled in the annual guide. Outstanding academics, engaging professors, Christian community, high-quality campus life, and an unwavering focus on student flourishing are among the factors that students value most about Grove City College, according to The Princeton Review. The colleges profiled in the guide are “truly a select group,” according to Rob Franek, editor-in-chief of The Princeton Review and author of the guide. “In our opinion, they are the nation's best undergraduate colleges and ideal choices for students seeking their ‘best-fit’ college," Franek said. The College also got high marks for: a faculty that is interesting (92/99) and accessible (95/99), and a high return on investment (89/99) based on key post-graduate measures of success, including salary and job satisfaction rates.
