New buildings on campus under construction
     In 2011, Grove City College broke ground on a new Science, Engineering and Mathematics Building and Rathburn Hall (Christian Activities Building) that will transform the campus and provide enhanced opportunities for students, faculty and administration. Recently, College faculty, students and friends signed the final beam in the new Science, Engineering and Mathematics Building.

Grove City College places 94 percent of grads in 2011
     Even in a down economy, Grove City College graduates boasted a 94 percent placement rate in jobs or graduate school within the first six months of graduation. The results, validated by a 95 percent response rate among recent graduates, point to the quality education of Grove City College students and dedicated work of the College’s Career Services Office.

Reagan lecture to feature US foreign policy expert
     The sixth annual Ronald Reagan Lecture, presented by The Center for Vision & Values at Grove City College, will feature bestselling author, commentator and director of Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for International Relations and Politics Kiron Skinner on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 7 p.m., in Ketler Auditorium of the Pew Fine Arts Center on campus. The lecture is free and open to the public; registration is encouraged.

Internet marketing entrepreneur to speak on campus
    The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Grove City College will host the 2011-12 Visionary Entrepreneurship Speaker Series featuring Tom Freiling, vice president, Salem Communications, on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. in Sticht Lecture Hall in the Hall of Arts and Letters on campus. The lecture, “About Our Father's Business: Opportunities to Serve God as Wildly Successful Entrepreneurs,” is free and open to the public.
