Welcome to the college search! Whether you’re a student or parent, I’m so glad that you are considering Grove City College. This place has positively impacted thousands of students’ lives, including my own, and it is making a real difference in the world for Christ. Wherever God may take you, my prayer is that you find peace where you land and that you hit the ground running in pursuit of your calling.  I hope to meet you soon!

About Me
Grove City College is where I fell in love again with my Savior. Growing up in a public high school, I was known for my faith but longed to be challenged and grow alongside brothers and sisters in Christ. Choosing a Christian college, I knew I’d be cultivating strong habits of the heart and mind that would carry into my adult years. I ultimately chose Grove City College because it stood for strong conservative Christian values and community, promised to challenge me intellectually and spiritually, and immediately felt like home.

While at Grove City, I worked hard and learned a lot more than my grades alone could capture. My Communication and English courses strengthened my writing and presentation skills, and various Humanities courses opened my eyes to big ideas beyond my major—helping me to work out the meaning of my faith as it related to every area of my life. Outside of class, one of my favorite activities was being part of a student-led body called Orientation Board. As a group of 100+ students, we would work all semester long to prepare and pray for incoming freshmen and organize events for Orientation Week. Being involved on the leadership team helped me hone my leadership and communication skills, and it also opened the door to some of my deepest friendships.

Because my undergraduate experience was so influential in shaping me as a person and preparing me for my future, I went on to pursue my Masters in Higher Education so that I could pour into other students’ undergraduate experiences. Now returning to my alma mater, I couldn’t be more excited to help students like you walk through the search and admissions process as you explore your calling and consider Grove City as a potential home away from home.

The college search can certainly be a nerve-wracking process, but we know that God is faithful and works all things together for the good of those who love Him and have been called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). As you’re praying and deciding whether or not Grove City might be right for you, why don’t you reach out to me? As part of the Admissions team, I’m here to walk alongside you as God provides the ultimate wisdom you’ll need to make a decision.
