Title: Global Programs AssistantOffice/Department: Office of Global ProgramsDescription: The Office of Global Programs is seeking a full-time Assistant to support its daily operations and international initiatives. This position helps manage study abroad applications, maintain office systems, coordinate events, and assist with communication and outreach. The Assistant also plays a role in international student recruitment by supporting the Director with partnership development, helping create marketing materials, and collaborating with campus offices such as Admissions and Financial Aid.Key responsibilities include maintaining program databases and travel documentation, assisting with website updates, coordinating logistics for global program events, preparing basic reports and correspondence, and ensuring the office remains organized and well functioning. The Assistant also engages with current international students to better understand their pathways to the College and supports the Director in tracking recruitment goals and relationships with partner organizations.Requirements: Candidates should have at least three years of office experience, strong computer skills, and comfort with virtual meeting platforms. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's degree is preferred. International travel experience is a plus. A strong demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
