Title: Director of the Institute for Faith and Freedom Student Fellows Program Office/Department: Institute for Faith and Freedom Description: The Institute for Faith & Freedom at Grove City College is seeking a full-time Program Director to lead its Student Fellows Program. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fellows’ experience, including recruiting potential fellows, designing and implementing mentorship initiatives, providing career counseling and job placement support, and guiding student-led projects such as podcasts, video series, print content, outreach, and marketing. The Program Director will organize student events hosted by the Institute, conduct weekly meetings with Fellows, and collaborate with the alumni and advancement offices to coordinate visits, fundraising efforts, and program promotion. Additional responsibilities include working with faculty and staff to assign Research Fellows to appropriate academic projects, developing and managing electronic communications and graphics, and partnering with the College’s marketing team to highlight program activities. The Program Director will also represent the Institute and the College at conferences, dinners, and external events, serving as an ambassador and recruiter for new constituents, while working with the admissions office to identify and select applicants for the IFF scholarship. Requirements: This role requires a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree and/or experience in government, public policy, or think tanks are preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of office experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, with knowledge of website CMS functionality considered a plus. The position demands excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to confidentiality and adaptability in a dynamic environment. The Program Director will provide direct supervision and mentorship to Student Fellows, helping them grow academically, professionally, and personally while advancing the mission of the Institute for Faith & Freedom.
