Title: Data Systems Specialist

Description: This position will assist in the coordination of data validation, reporting and interpretation of information specific to the College’s business operations. Responsible for developing processes and procedures for good data governance, the preparation of statistical analysis/reports and the interpretation of trends and patterns of data sets. Provide reports and interpretation for the College’s management team and outside reporting agencies, such as IPEDS, Middle States, and higher education publications.Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study is required. Experience with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server; visualization tools, such as Power BI; an understanding of data and how it is structured within systems; and a proficiency with business processes is required. A minimum of two (2) years of data analysis experience, preferably in an academic environment is desired. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
