Title: Advancement Data Coordinator
Description: This position is responsible for supporting and assisting the Advancement Services and Annual Giving staff through data management of the College’s constituent database. This position will maintain, update, and research constituent data, assist with reports, and monitor consistency of departmental database entry guidelines. This person will also be trained to serve as a backup for the Gift Processing Coordinator and the Staff Assistant to the V.P. for Advancement.
Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with databases and data entry. Requires the ability to listen to, reason through, and carry out verbal and written instructions. Ability to speak, read, proofread, listen, and concentrate. Must be able to perform multiple tasks and projects at the same time prioritizing workload. Position may require some evening and weekend hours. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
