Incoming Freshman & Transfer Picnic

Monday, June 22, 2026 | 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. | Grove City College Rock Quad

This event is exclusively for fall 2026 incoming freshmen and transfer students.

Get to know other incoming students and their families at our inaugural Grove City College Incoming Freshman & Transfer Student Picnic. 

Enjoy a catered picnic and a variety of yard games. You will also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself more with campus prior to moving in. An optional concert featuring live music by Indie Christian Artist Greg Colbeck will be playing from 7-9 p.m.

Tentative Schedule:

• Welcome and Registration – 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
• Optional Activities – 4:30 to 6 p.m. (yard games, explore campus, mingle with other incoming freshman/transfers and their families).
• Dinner – 6 to 7 p.m.
• Greg Colbeck Concert – 7 to 9 p.m.
