The Grove City College Exercise Science Symposium is a day full of presentations on current research, findings, and developments in the field of exercise science. The symposium is hosted by the Grove City College Exercise Science Club which aims to promote health and fitness efforts on campus and in the local community by providing events and education opportunities to students and community members.
The 8th annual symposium is scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2023, on campus in the Physical Learning Center and Hall of Arts & Letters and includes lectures and presentations by leading sports and human performance professionals. This year’s presentations will investigate the effects of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle on one's mental health and cognitive functioning.
