Title: Global Programs Coordinator Office/Department: Office of Global ProgramsDescription: The Global Studies Coordinator serves as the office operations manager while assisting in the creation of new overseas study opportunities, the support of existing programs, and the daily smooth functioning of the office. Serves as an advisor to international students and students who wish to study abroad. Additionally, as a DSO, this position will work to ensure Grove City College and student compliance in the SEVIS and SEVP systems.Requirements: An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Knowledge of SEVIS and/or visa processing system is required. Three (3) years of office support/administrative assistant experience is required. The qualified candidate must possess a working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office, have the ability to organize, coordinate and complete multiple tasks, and have the ability to read, analyze and proofread letters and documents. International travel/trip planning experience preferred. Experience living/studying abroad preferred. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
