Title: Global Programs Coordinator Office/Department: Office of Global ProgramsDescription: Grove City College is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Programs Coordinator to oversee and support all short-term travel programs, including faculty-led travel courses and other domestic and international experiences. This role works closely with faculty to develop and manage travel courses, including budgeting, recruitment, and program logistics, while ensuring adherence to institutional policies and best practices. The coordinator will advise students, faculty, and staff before, during, and after travel experiences, manage program operations within systems such as Via-TRM, and coordinate key processes such as insurance enrollment, contracts, and financial reconciliation. Responsibilities also include maintaining program data, implementing health and safety protocols, supporting emergency response efforts, conducting program assessments, and enhancing program quality through ongoing professional development and industry engagement. The position supports campus-wide global education initiatives and events, supervises student peer advisors, and collaborates closely with the Director of Global Programs & Partnerships on strategic projects and daily operations. Requirements: Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. An associate degree is required (bachelor’s preferred), along with at least three years of office experience; experience in international travel, study abroad, or working with faculty is highly desirable.
