Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Description: Grove City College invites applications for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of student accounts receivable, providing customer service assistance and support to students and parents who make inquiries regarding student account records. This position will coordinate billing procedures with other administrative departments, configure and maintain the accounts receivable software, and perform various income and accounts receivable reconciliations. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and performing collection of delinquent accounts for current and former students.
Requirements: This position requires an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting or office setting. Prior experience with ERP systems, accounts receivables, and collections is preferred. Requires the ability to learn departmental and College policies and execute detailed instructions in an organized manner. Must possess intermediate level skills of personal computers including Microsoft Office. Must possess strong analytical, decision-making, and communications skills.
