I am excited to help guide you through your college search process! Grove City College is a wonderful school to consider and for me, it was the first school I visited believe it or not. Throughout my search, I realized no other school compared in three major areas: a strong community, academic excellence, and a beautiful campus. I believe all three of these factors are essential to providing a holistic college experience, which will prepare you to succeed when you move on to your next stage in life.
About Me
I grew up in Grove City, PA (thankfully move-in day was easier for me than most) and when accepted to Grove City College, I was pleased to know that I would stay in my hometown for another four years as an undergraduate student. Throughout my college search, I was craving an intentional community that would help form me to be my best self. Little did I know that place would be so close to home.
My first visit onto the Grove City College campus was during Junior Preview Day, and it was then that I began to realize no other school compared and that this truly was a special and unique place. During my time here as a student, I found that everything about the campus community exceeded my expectations. From the classroom to the dorm room, I was surrounded by peers who wanted to see me flourish and took the time to get to know me, allowing me to form fantastic life-long relationships. There is a very strong theme here at Grove City of “iron sharpening iron,” where students encourage and challenge each other and that is hard to find. That is why my decision to come here was an easy yes.
Four years is a lot of time to learn, grow, mature, and strengthen your faith. If even one of these is an area you want to grow in, Grove City is the perfect place to encourage that growth. No matter where your starting point is, with the right mindset, attitude, and determination, God can work wonderfully during your time here at Grove City College.

Traveling all the way out to the original Sheetz in Altoona, PA and having to stop at every Sheetz on the way. Yes, we did it on a school night (that's part of the fun) — and yes, we got all our homework done and made it to class the next morning.
