Cut paper artist featured at Pew Fine Arts Center gallery

Grove City College’s Pew Fine Arts Center Gallery features “Journey Through Papercutting,” an exhibition featuring the work of local artist and alumna Margaret (Baker "16) Herbener, through Dec. 16.

Herbener’s intricate work is inspired by the natural world and created entirely out of cut paper. The exhibit features 50 pieces of her work depicting people, plants, landscapes, and other subjects. For more about Herbener’s work, visit her website morningcloudshine.com.

An artist reception open to the public is set for 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, in the gallery. Regular gallery hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The gallery is free and open to the public.
