Hungry Souls in a Self-Affirming Culture: Rediscovering the Beauty of Food & Feasting
A deeper hunger, a soul-satisfying solution

More than stomachs that need to be filled, or personalities that need to be affirmed, there is a right and proper hunger that makes us all human and that demands to be satisfied.

In the midst of packed schedules and the pursuit of our individual ambitions, the family dinner table - once a sacred daily tradition - has dissolved into near obscurity.  It’s time to reclaim our mealtimes as more than the mere intersection of meat and drink, but rather the convergence of history, poetry, and even theology.

It’s time to rediscover the joy of feasting.

Join us for a lecture by Dr. Andrew Mitchell, Associate Professor of History at Grove City College sponsored by Veritas Academy and The Center for Vision and Values at Grove City College.

This event is free, but space is limited so registration is required. Register today and invite your friends!
