Title: Visit Coordinator
Description: This position will be responsible for the receipt and processing of prospective student visit requests via email, phone, Live Chat, visit inbox, Jenzabar Recruitment Manager, faculty/staff, Welcome to College, Admissions Staff, and various other sources. Duties include developing an individualized experience for all prospective students and families who seek to visit Grove City College by managing incoming inquiries, admissions documents, and all visit requests; creating itineraries; ensuring effective placement of prospective students within classrooms, academic departments, and other campus resources; confirming visits and applicable details to prospective families via email; and providing support as needed during Admissions open house events.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and three years’ experience in an office setting. The qualified candidate must possess a working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office. This candidate would also possess the ability to act as a liaison between the College and prospective students and their families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail are required. Must be highly organized and efficient with data entry.
