Title: Visit Coordinator
Description: This position will be responsible for the receipt and processing of prospective student visit requests. Duties include managing incoming inquiries from various sources; creating and emailing itineraries; matching prospective students to classes and academic departments by interest; connecting them to other campus resources for an individualized visit experience. This position also supports Admissions recruitment efforts on occasional Saturdays, as needed.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and three years’ experience in an office setting. The qualified candidate must possess a working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office. This candidate should also possess the ability to act as a liaison between the College and prospective students and their families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail are required. Must be highly organized and efficient with data entry. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
