Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Office/Department: Financial Services Department
Description: This position will be responsible for the collection and processing of student payments and will provide assistance and support to students and parents who make inquiries regarding student account records. Additionally, this position will record deposits from college departments and organizations, process corresponding bank deposits, and reconcile online payments.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping, cashiering, and/or teller experience in banking or similar setting. A high school diploma is required; however, accounting-related coursework or an Associate’s Degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate level computer experience as well as meticulous attention to detail are required. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
