Position: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Social Work

Grove City College invites applications for a full-time Professor (open rank) and Program Director in our accredited Social Work (BSW) program. The successful candidate will be able to teach, advise, and provide leadership to our undergraduate program. We seek someone with teaching and practice experience who desires to be part of a Christ-centered community that emphasizes academic excellence. Our program strives to train students in all aspects of generalist practice while also helping them to deeply explore the discipline as persons of faith.
We are looking for a colleague who will be able to teach macro-level practice and a senior Capstone course that involves mentoring student research projects which may be either qualitative or quantitative. Although Grove City College maintains a strong focus on teaching, faculty research and publication are encouraged and supported. This position provides a rewarding opportunity to inspire high-quality students, collaborate with committed colleagues, and grow within a vibrant academic community.
Qualifications include an MSW from a CSWE-accredited institution and a minimum of two years of post-graduate practice experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a doctorate in Social Work or ABD status and evidence of teaching efficacy at the undergraduate level. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
