In a difficult economic environment, the rigorous and affordable education provided by Grove City College is yielding results for the most recent graduating class.
Survey results show a 96 percent placement rate for students from the Class of 2012. In these numbers, 75.6 percent of the former students are employed and 20.4 percent are continuing on to graduate or professional school. The 96 percent placement rate is two percent higher than the previous year’s figure.
Numbers were compiled after receiving data from class members utilizing three surveys – at graduation, three months and six months post-graduation. The survey realized a 95 percent response rate again this year.
There were 576 students in the graduating class.
The Grove City College Career Services Office recently was ranked No. 12 in the nation by The Princeton Review for the “Best Career/Job Placement Services” in its annual college rankings guide, The Best 377 Colleges, 2013 Edition.
