English Major, with Secondary Education in English

​Students studying English at Grove City College may also prepare for careers in teaching and education by majoring in English leading to 7-12 certification in English. Students complete courses unique to the English major while fulfilling the required liberal arts and education core.

In addition to the 85 credit hours of major coursework, students participate in real-life teaching situations during field experiences and student teaching.
