Grove City College Touring Choir to perform spring tour in California

The Grove City College Touring Choir is set to embark on their spring tour through California from March 24-31. The Touring Choir is directed by Dr. Douglas Browne, professor of music, and is comprised of 45 singers from the College.

The choir will perform at churches in seven different locations throughout California including: Camarillo, Los Angeles, Carmel, Coarsegold, Ontario, San Diego and Costa Mesa.

“The choir has been working very hard to prepare its music for the tour. The students are dedicated to the mission of singing with excellence to the glory of God, and they are very much looking forward to sharing their music with many people in California,” Browne said.

The choir seeks to praise and glorify God and to minister to others through the medium of music, striving together to achieve choral excellence. In addition to the annual spring tour, the choir performs for churches and schools in Western Pennsylvania and at various campus events.
