Small Groups

Small Groups ​

Small groups at Grove City College offer students the opoportunity to support one another in their spiritual journies. Small groups are student initiated and every dormitory residence hall offers its residents the opportunity to participate in a Bible study. Additionally, there are other small groups across campus including:
 

Discipleship Groups

 - Led by female Christian mentor (faculty, staff, local church member, Grove City College alumni).

 - 3-5 female students.

 - Meet weekly or biweekly.

- Students decide as a group how they will spend their time together. 

Men's Small Groups  
 
- Groups led by upperclassmen students involved in the ministry group, Men of God. 
 
 - Meet regularly with a small group of men for spiritual growth & accountability.
 
- Students decide as a group how they will spend their time together.
 
InterVarsity Cell Groups 

 

 - Groups led by upperclassmen students involved in the ministry group, InterVarsity Fellowship.      

 - Groups often engage in Bible study, accountability, prayer, and missions opportunities in a smaller setting.

If you are interested in opening a group for others to join, you may send the name of your group, a short description of your group's focus for the semester, group meeting times, and contact information to smallgroups@gcc.edu.

History

​When the College was chartered, a broad, Christian-based cultural consensus prevailed in America. By charter, the doors of the College were open to qualified students "without regard to religious test or belief."

 

Who We Are

​Grove City College provides a liberal arts education in the classic sense. Education’s first true purpose, and ours, is to provide a well rounded curriculum that helps students see the broad intellectual landscape of ideas, people and events that have shaped, and continue to shape, our world.

 

GēDUNK Magazine

Published three times a year for alumni and friends of Grove City College, The GēDUNK highlights campus news, student features and alumni achievements. GēDUNK is a word that resonates with Grove City College alumni and friends.​  

Alumni Council

​The Grove City College Alumni Council is a body of alumni who serve in an advisory capacity to the College on matters crucial to the College’s more than 25,000 living alumni. Each year, three Alumni Council members sit on the Board of Trustees.

 

Regional Attractions

​Grove City College’s location in a small town lends itself to the studious nature of the college, however regional attractions make the area both unique, beneficial and entertaining. Some of these attractions include:
