Title: Maintenance Coordinator Office/Department: Maintenance Description: Grove City College invites applications for a Maintenance Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting the Director of Maintenance as needed with day to day operations, and providing support and assistance for the Maintenance department. This positon will also be responsible for ordering, tracking, receiving, and inventorying products, creating and reviewing purchase orders and requisitions, maintaining accurate records for purchasing of products and services, and contacting vendors for price quotes, cost discrepancies, and product availability. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, and three (3) years’ experience handling purchasing and shipping and receiving. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent multi-tasking abilities. Technical aptitude and proficient computer skills are vital. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
