TRUSTEES APPROVE HOPEMAN SCHOOL NAME CHANGE |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Grove City College Board of Trustees has approved renaming the Albert A. Hopeman Jr. School of Science, Engineering and Mathematics, to include mathematics in the title to better reflect the departments represented.
Originally named the Albert A. Hopeman Jr. School of Science and Engineering, the school was dedicated in 1997 in honor of Albert A. Hopeman Jr., who served for 44 years on the Grove City College Board of Trustees. The school includes the departments of biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, mathematics and physics.
