TOURING CHOIR TO PERFORM IN NORTHEAST U.S. |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Grove City College Touring Choir will present its home concert at 8 p.m. on April 10 in Harbison Chapel on campus.
Over Easter break, the Touring Choir will travel through Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Massachusetts for a series of concerts at churches. Stops include:
• March 27, 7 p.m. concert, Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, Pa. 17601. • March 28, 10:15 a.m. service, Ardmore Presbyterian Church, 5 West Montgomery Ave., Ardmore, Pa. 19003. • March 28, 7:30 p.m. concert, Avondale Presbyterian Church, 420 Pennsylvania Ave., Avondale, Pa. 19311. • March 29, 7:30 p.m. concert, First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge, 600 Rahway Ave., Woodbridge, N.J. 07095. • April 1, 7:30 p.m. concert, First Baptist Church, 305 Kingstown Rd., Narragansett, R.I. 02882. • April 2, 7:30 p.m. concert, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Harvey Wheeler Community Center, 1276 Main St. Concord, Mass. 01742. • April 3, 7 p.m. concert, Bethel Memorial Baptist Church, 715 Chestnut Lane, Easton, Pa. 18045. • April 4, 8:30 and 10:15 a.m. services, Calvary Evangelical Free Church, 450 Fells Road, Essex Fells, N.J. 07021. • April 4, 7:30 p.m. concert, Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, 106 Third St., Towanda, Pa. 18848.
The group will perform a number of selections including “My Soul’s been Anchored in the Lord” by Moses Hogan, “Ave Verum Corpus” by William Byrd and “Holy Radiant Light” by Gretchaninoff.
The April 10 home concert is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. The Touring Choir is under the direction of Professor of Music Dr. Douglas Browne.
