Our Career Services Office encourages on-campus recruitment and facilitates interviews from October to December in the fall, and February to May in the spring. We can accommodate employers with both long-term anticipated needs, as well as those employers who need to fill an opening more quickly.  For both the on-campus interview and job/internship posting processes, we utilize our online system, JobGrove (see "Manage Your On-Campus Recruiting Event" for more information).  To access the system directly, go to: www.myinterfase.com/gcc/employer.    

On-Campus Interview Program

Pre-select Interview Schedule: Students submit their resumes to your job opening, and you select which students you wish to interview.

Open Interviews: Students sign-up to interview for your job opening on a first-come, first-serve basis if they have met all prerequisite qualifications.

Post Your Opportunities 

Job Postings: You may post your job and/or internship opening(s) on JobGrove, and interested students will submit their resumes to your position(s) following the application instructions you designate.

Email Listings: The Career Services Office sends weekly emails to students. If you would like to send a tailored message to a specific group of students this would be a perfect medium.

Employer Information Sessions

Information Session: Many employers conduct information sessions on campus in advance of or in lieu of a recruiting visit. Whether seeking to generate general interest in your organization, or targeting a specific group of students, employers will find a variety of meeting facilities right on campus.

Career Development Opportunities

Shadowing Program: Sponsor a student for a brief exposure to a workplace.

Workshops: Participate in collaborative workshops on job search techniques, resume writing, networking, and interviewing skills.

Career Fair

Grove City College’s annual Career Fair is slated for Wednesday, October 7, 2009. It is open to all employers who are interested in recruiting GCC students through the Career Services Office. Last year, over 150 organizations and approximately 1100 students attended the event. This fair is open to all majors and students.  For more information, go to our "Career Fair" page.
