Transcript Request Policy
You may request a transcript from the Registrar's Office by completing a Transcript Request form in person at the Registrar's Office, or by sending a request in writing. The request must include the following information:
- Full name (include Maiden Name)
- Grove City College I.D. Number (if known)
- Graduation date or dates of attendance
- Number of transcripts
- Complete Address to which transcripts should be sent
- Phone number to contact you during business hours if needed
- Social Security Number
- Signature
- Cost: $3.00 per transcript, due with the request. Checks payable to Grove City College
Additional costs for special services:
• Fax copy - $2.00 additional fee. Please note that the fax copy is unofficial, as the raised seal cannot be transmitted electronically.
• Overnight mail - Requester must pay all overnight postage charges.
• International mailing - Requester must pay additional postage charges incurred.
Transcripts or the information contained in a transcript cannot be released without written consent and signature of the student, as per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Such written requests should be sent to the following address:

We are sorry, but we cannot honor transcript requests submitted via e-mail or fax.
NOTE: Any indebtedness to the College must be paid before a transcript can be issued, except with special permission from the Financial Services or Financial Aid Office.
Normally, transcript requests are processed and the documents mailed within 48 hours of receipt of request and payment.
