Colonnade Rental Information
Daytime (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)*
$100 for alumni, employees and students
$250 for all other parties
Evening (Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. - Midnight)*
$250 for alumni, employees and students
$400 for all other parties
Weekends (Saturday, 8 a.m. - Midnight; Sunday, Noon - Midnight)*
$250 for alumni, employees and students
$400 for all other parties
Pricing is based on a standard five hour allotment for private events.

$50 for half day
$100 for full day
*Holidays excluded
Pricing is subject to change based on duration and type of event
Are events closed to the group that rents the facilities?
Use of the Colonnade, will be for one group only, unless otherwise arranged.
What governs the conduct of the groups?
Groups must comply with College rules and regulations as described in the Policies and Procedures Statement.
Catering for the Carnegie Alumni Center
Bon Appétit catering is the exclusive caterer for the Carnegie Alumni Center. Outside food and drinks are not permitted for events. Please contact Karen Morgan-Windisch at Bon Appétit at (724) 458-2210 or kamorganwindisch@gcc.edu
Please note that an additional agreement with Bon Appétit is required.
Are alcoholic beverages permitted?
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the Grove City College campus, including at the Carnegie Alumni Center.
