RECRUIT CURRENT GROVE CITY COLLEGE STUDENTS
Often the most inspirational, realistic, and practical career advice a student can receive comes from listening to the personal experiences of others – specifically, listening to the experiences of other Grove City College alumni with whom they can immediately relate.
The Career Services Office is looking to team up with alumni from a diverse range of career fields who are willing to offer insights from their career experiences, and serve as advocates for Grove City College students within their places of employment. In your own work place, we ask that you be perceptive in regard to any open entry-level positions. If you are made aware of opportunities that our students could fill, we ask you to promote our students. Grove City students are intelligent, motivated, ethical, and intelligent young adults, and that message needs to be overtly delivered to hiring managers and human resource professionals. Download a Grove City College Career Services Recruiting brochure to give to your hiring office.
If your organization is looking to hire entry-level candidates or interns, you are welcome to participate in a number of recruiting opportunities at Grove City College including on-campus recruiting, the annual Career Fair, and employer information sessions.

ALUMNI QUOTES
Here is what other alumni have said about recruiting at their alma mater:
"I have been actively involved in PwC's recruiting at GCC since my return to Pittsburgh in late 1998. Although the relative size of GCC's accounting department is small, PwC has had outstanding success with GCC graduates. My experience is that the GCC candidates are as well or better prepared for the interview / job search process as any school from which we recruit. Much of the credit should go to the Career Services group. They do an outstanding job - from coordination of the interview process with our recruiting department, to coaching the candidates on resume preparation and interviewing techniques. It is a first class operation!"

With the right combination of a solid education, focused counseling, and career fair exposures, the Grove City College graduates hired by Keystone Ridge Designs shine in their long range career successes. As a small business owner I would encourage Grove City College alumni to develop an on-going relationship."

"Year after year, recruiting at Grove City College has been a consistent valuable investment of York International's time and resources. The academic caliber, professional preparedness, and moral integrity of these students is exceptional, among the finest - if not the finest - we have seen anywhere. The thoroughness and efficiency of Grove City's Career Services Office in planning, promoting, and executing recruiting events is refreshing and near-flawless. Their dedicated staff exude professionalism and are a real joy to work with. As a GCC alum who is regularly engaged in recruiting at the college, I sincerely encourage other alum to do the same."
