PSYCH EXPERT EXPLORES ROLES OF RELIGION, SPIRITUALITY |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – Dr. Kevin S. Masters, professor of psychology and director of clinical training at Syracuse University, will visit the Grove City College campus at 4 p.m. Oct. 27. His presentation, “Religion/Spirituality in the Clinic and Lab: A Tribute to Allen Bergin and the Importance of Vision,” will be in Sticht Lecture Hall of the Hall of Arts and Letters and is free and open to the public.
Masters is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Behavioral Medicine and associate editor of the Annals of Behavioral Medicine. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University, a master’s in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Brigham Young University. His research interests include spirituality and health, and spiritual factors influencing cardiovascular responses to stress.
