INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Many psychology students elect to have an internship experience, either during the summer or during the school year. Opportunities exist at various counseling agencies and institutions in the Grove City area, or the student can arrange for an internship closer to her or his hometown.

CAREER AND GRADUATE SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES

The majority of our psychology majors pursue graduate study, including advanced work in psychology and related fields, as well as in medicine, law, business, and theology. Recent graduates have gone on to receive advanced training at Bowling Green State University, University of California – Irvine, Loyola University, Rosemead School of Psychology, the University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, Purdue University, University of California-Davis and Indiana University of Pennsylvania to name just a few. Those majors not attending graduate school have obtained jobs at various mental  health agencies, counseling centers, banks, and youth agencies.
