INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Although there are no philosophy internships per se, Grove City students studying in the Philosophy department have a number of internship possibilities. During the school year some students have worked with youth at a local church or with high school missions organizations like Young Life. Summer internships have included working at a home church in youth or educational ministries or with a missions organization in the United States or overseas.
CAREER AND GRADUATE SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES
A degree in Philosophy prepares students for a number of careers. Many of our students choose to go on to a seminary such as Gordon-Conwell, Asbury College, Princeton Theological, Reformed, and Pittsburgh. Others have gone on to such prestigious graduate schools as Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Notre Dame. Still others go on to law school.
