MECH SHEDS LIGHT ON FAITH, FREEDOM, CHURCH IN INDIA |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – Grove City College’s Dr. Timothy Mech will give a presentation on “Faith, Freedom and the Church in India” at 7 p.m. April 29 in Sticht Lecture Hall of the Hall of Arts and Letters on campus.
The lecture is sponsored by The Center for Vision & Values at Grove City College and is free and open to the public.
Mech will focus on how first generation Indian Christians practice their faith. He will also explain impediments to the freedom of Indian Christians and outline how entrepreneurial volunteers from Grove City College are empowering churches and fighting poverty in India.
Mech is a professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and president of Evangelical Fellowship International, a network of over 500 indigenous churches in India and Malaysia.
