The Opera Gala will be a concert of opera arias and duets sung by students who are taking voice lessons to showcase their talents and highlight this particular genre of classical vocal music. Included on the program are arias and duets from Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Cosi fan tutte, and Die Zauberflote; Delibes' Lakme; Moore's The Ballad of Baby Doe; Gilbert and Sullivan's The Gondoliers, and Offenbach's Faust. There will be a reception following the concert.
