HOLIDAY SEASON OPENS WITH LIGHT-UP NIGHT |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The annual Grove City College Light-Up Night is set for 6 p.m. Nov. 27 at the flagpole on the lower end of the Grove City College Quad. The event is open to the public.
College President Dr. Richard G. Jewell will give opening remarks. The Grove City Wolverine Marching Band, led by Dr. Edwin Arnold, will accompany The New Grace Singers, under the direction of junior Tim Whitbeck of Saegertown, Pa., as they lead the singing of “O Come All Ye Faithful,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” “Joy to the World” and “Hark the Herald Angels Sing.”
Dean of Chapel Dr. F. Stanley Keehlwetter will read from Luke 2:1-20, the Christmas story, and Maria Wolinki, daughter of Dr. Jeffrey Wolinski, associate professor of physics, will read a poem as the star atop the Rockwell Hall of Science is lit.
