Graduation Information
Your senior year is a busy time—completing your academic pursuits, extracurricular involvements, planning your life after GCC, socializing with all the friends you’ve made over the past three years. Before you know it, you’ll be processing in your cap and gown on the Quad with your fellow classmates to the music of “Pomp and Circumstance!” Listed below are important dates and information to assist you and your family in planning for this exciting time of your life.  This information will be updated throughout the academic year as more information becomes available.

• Both Baccalaureate and Commencement are to convene on the Quad.  If it rains, both events will be held in the PLC Arena.  All graduates will be issued four tickets for each event, which will only be needed if the events are held in the PLC Arena.  If held in the arena, there is an overflow room down the hall featuring a big screen simulcast. 
  
• Reminder: Now is the time to encourage friends and family to make hotel reservations.  On campus housing will not be available for non-students during commencement weekend.  Please see our Accommodations page for a list of local hotels.  We have blocked a number of rooms for Friday, May 15th at some local hotels for your use.  
 

Parents: The following has been sent to your son/daughter's mailbox.  There will be more detailed information coming in February.   November Letter.

Hotels: The hotels listed in bolth italics are those holiding a block of rooms for Grove City College. When you call, be sure to tell them you are calling for a room in the "Grove City College Parents for Gradution" block of rooms.  Rooms will be held int he block until April 15, 2010.  After that date, any rooms that have not been reserved will be released.  Please note on-campus housing is not available.   Accommodations Letter
