Welcome to Harbison Chapel. The following guidelines have been established on the basis of past experience and are designed to help you plan for your special day.
Receiving lines and photography of guests in the Chapel or on the Chapel Grounds following the ceremony must not exceed the allotted time.
To protect the beauty of the grounds and for environmental considerations, the releasing of balloons or birds is prohibited. No rice, confetti, birdseed or other materials may be thrown in the Chapel or on the Chapel grounds.
Be sure you have made arrangements to remove your flowers, candles, etc. from the sanctuary immediately following your ceremony.
If time permits, by decision of the Wedding Hostess, the wedding party, parents and clergy may return to the Chancel area for posed photos. Within the three-hour time designation, the wedding party, guests, florists and photographers must be clear of the chapel and grounds, and all automobiles must be removed. Remember there is probably another wedding ceremony about to take place.
It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to ensure that all personal property is removed from the Chapel premises immediately following the ceremony. Grove City College is not responsible for loss.
